My Story: From Educator to Content Curator

Curiosity and a love for science have guided each step of my professional journey in the medical and healthcare world. What began as a fresh graduate in Pharmacy turned into a multifaceted career, blending deep technical knowledge with creative leadership. My first role? A Certified Cardiac Technician, where I spent countless hours monitoring live ECGs—spotting everything from minor blips to life-threatening cardiac events, always striving to make a difference, even in tough moments.
Soon after, I found my calling as a Diabetes Educator, helping people understand their health better and supporting their journey to wellness with education around antidiabetic medication. Empowering patients and making technical information feel accessible was both challenging and deeply rewarding.
My next chapter led me into Medical Affairs, where I proudly promoted evidence-based medicine for over 6 years, sharing reliable information with clinicians, mentoring sales teams, and carefully crafting medical content for professionals. Each day sharpened my commitment to clarity, accuracy, and genuine impact in healthcare communication.
Today, I combine everything I’ve learned into my current role: managing multinational accounts, leading a talented team, and overseeing the production of scientific content—everything from engaging emailers to insightful infographics. Ensuring top-quality standards and regulatory compliance (MLR/HPRC review) is at the heart of all I do, but creativity and strategy play a big part too.
No matter the position, I’ve always aimed for excellence, innovation, and meaningful collaboration. Whether launching new services, guiding a project, or contributing to medical literature, my focus is clear, making medical knowledge practical and valuable for professionals and patients alike. And as the field keeps evolving, so does my passion for learning and contributing, with patient care and effective communication remaining my north stars.
